Head of Marketing and Sales (m/w/d)

Your tasks are:
  • Leadership and guidance of the marketing and sales team

  • Proactive development of our digital marketing and sales strategy

  • Organization and execution of marketing campaigns

  • Collaboration, approval and quality assurance of our digital content

  • Management, support and monitoring of multichannel social media activities

  • Systematic generation of leads and their qualification until closing

Your profile:
  • You are a Digital Sales and Marketing expert and have at least. 5 years of experience, preferably in a leadership position.

  • You are determined and process-oriented and have proven experience in building a sales and marketing machine in the B2B sector.

  • A degree / training with a focus on communication sciences, marketing, sales is advantageous

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, copywriting and designing

  • Confident and open-minded appearance in front of customers during webinars, marketing events, sales meetings and assertive handling of objections 

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Hands-on mentality and structured, reliable as well as team-oriented way of working

  • Important knowledge: CRM: Sales Force; SEO, SEA, sales tactics and tricks.

  • Nice to have: expertise in IT, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, construction, purchasing, investment projects, ...
