Head of DevOps (m/w/d)

Proactive communication with the product owner and the software development team.
Planning of sprints (sprint log) based on the backlog, effort estimation and conceptual specifications.
Supervision and guidance of the software developers, execution of a Daily Scrum
Quality assurance and optimization of our products
Acceptance of the development results incl. execution of the necessary tests
Design of the technological chain: DevOps and test automation
Ensuring trouble-free operation
First contact person in the area of 1st and 2nd level support.
Documentation and transfer of knowledge within the team and to our customers

Optimally you are a software developer (C# or JAVA) with project management/SCRUM experience
Several years of experience in professional software development
Leadership experience of a developer team is advantageous
Understanding of IT systems and high affinity for modern technologies (cloud solutions)
Ability to work independently, take initiative, problem solving skills,
Communication skills, quality awareness, high level of comprehension and structured way of working
Good knowledge of German and English
